I had to fill out a form for customs too. When I handed it to the postal worker, I told him I had never filled one out before. He told me he has never heard someone laugh as much as me. He looked at the form and told me I done a really good job filling it out considering how much I was laughing! He told me to have a good day and I told him every day is a good day and he said he could tell with me that they are.
Later, I went to the deli for a few items. As I was walking towards the door, I noticed a lady who I am accredited to saving her life. Years ago, we were working on separate machines and our backs were to each other. I thought I heard her call my name. I turned around and she was holding her head. I asked her if she was ok and she shook her head no and collapsed. I caught her and eased her to the cement floor. She had labored breathing and her eyes were vacant. I made sure her airway was clear and told my fellow co-workers to call 911. None of us knew to dial a 9 first to get an outside line and then 911. Our supervisors were paged and the paramedics arrived. They life flighted her to a major hospital. She had a cerebral aneurysm that ruptured and a heart attack. An emergency crainiotomy was performed. She believed in Angels. After my crainiotomy, she called me and asked if I remembered who she was. I did remember. We both had our crainiotomys at the same hospital. She told me she had a bad headache at home that night and thought about staying home. Her husband had to work that night and she told me she had a feeling to go to work. If she would not have listened to that feeling, she would not be with us today. I truly believe that gut wrenching feeling we get to do or not do something are Angels guiding us. ALWAYS listen to that feeling!!! Lots of prayers and love to ALL of you!!!
