Lucky Girl

I am truly the luckiest girl in the world!!!  I have so many amazing friends and family I can lean on and love deeply!!!  I had an appointment with the Orthopaedic doctor today.  He told me I will need both knees replaced in the future but he will not do the surgeries because of my cerebral aneurysms.  He told me I will have to have surgery at a bigger hospital where they have a neurological team "just in case."  He also said I have to "live with the pain until my knees get bad enough for surgery."   I will be going to my Pain Management doctor until that day comes.  I posted on Facebook about my knees and I received such overpowering support...People sending lots of prayers and love!!! 
One of my dearest friends, who is like a sister to me, has had a difficult time lately.  She had to have 1 of her sweet horses euthanized because she was severely injured.  Other things have happened too and I feel her pain and wish I could take it all away.  She posted today about having a Chick Flick afternoon.  She said this, "You can only shed so many tears and then it's time to say no more!  Our time on this earth is not infinite and there are dreams to chase, people to love and experiences good and bad to be had......she says as she puts her roller skates on.  You've gotta alter the headset.......nothing changes if you don't start driving the bus!"  I truly love her!!!
