Soaring

I was outside for a bit today and I saw an amazing sight!!!  There were 6 buzzards circling around and around and soaring so gracefully!!!  They would fly so high in the sky I could barely see them and then glide down, their wings wide open....just soaring on the wind!!!  Oh, how I wish for 1 day I could be such a magnificent bird soaring high in the sky so fabulously!!!  Have a very blessed day everyone!!!  I am so very happy!!!

Encouragement

It is super windy right now....maybe it will blow away all the pain.  I just came across this.  It is time to start being encouraging and happy again.

Doctor's Appointment

I had another doctor's appointment today.  Even tho I was trying to smile and act like nothing was wrong, the doctor knew something wasn't right.  He told me I am severely depressed.  He doesn't have anything to fix my shattered heart except to give me medication to sleep.  He said it might make me sleep walk too.  I guess if I sleep walk, I will be too tired when the medicine wears off to cry.  I have cried so much that just when I don't think I have any tears left, more come pouring out! 

I truly wish I could smile like my bear and be truly happy!!!  Maybe 1 day....I hope it is soon!!!

Shattered Heart

My heart is shattered right now.  I don't know if it will ever be repaired.  I hurt someone last night by doing something I said I wouldn't do because I was letting my emotions take over.   Maybe the way I acted is because right now I am taking 2 very strong antibiotics for a total of 2200mg each day.  I haven't been able to take some of my other medications because 1 of the antibiotics makes my stomach hurt but my doctor said I need to finish both of them to get rid of the infection from the diverticulitis.  We are praying I don't get Clostridim difficile also known as C Diff.  If I contract that, I will be admitted to the hospital and put on IV fluids and antibiotics for several days.  It is a wicked thing!  I am drinking Kefir to keep the good bacteria in.  3 more days of the wicked antibiotics.  Hopefully they will finish getting the bad bacteria. 

Right now I can't have seeds, kernels, or nuts but I think I can make these for Easter.

The Power of the Tongue

This is so true!!! I had to go to the emergency room early Fri morning. My bp was 185/117, I couldn't feel my hands or feet, and I had double and blurry vision. When I signed in, I heard 1 of the nurses say in a sarcastic voice, "She was just here a few days ago!" Yes, I was there a few days before that but I wasn't the patient. She made it sound like I enjoy going to the ER! I have lots of better things to do than go there!  I felt like crying and running out of there but I could barely walk much less run not to mention I was having problems seeing. The doctor and the nurses I had were so sweet. He ordered 5 different medications because he said my bp needed to come down fast because of my cerebral aneurysms. I really wish I wouldn't get so sick that I have to go to the ER. I would rather stay far away!
PLEASE use your tongue to say nice things to someone!  It might be the only thing they have to hang on to!

Birthday

Yesterday was my birthday.  My sisters took me to Der Dutchman Restaurant in Plain City.  We had so much fun!!!  The food was delicious and the people were so friendly!!!  There is a gift shop and bakery there too.  We were there for hours!

Daylight Savings Time

 Day Light Savings Time began at 2am which then made it 3am.  It is amazing how that 1 hour can throw off my body.  They said that by us losing an hour's sleep last night we gain an extra hour of daylight.  Ok...I am confused.  How does Mother Nature know we set our clocks up and lose an hour's sleep to give us the extra hour of daylight?  Can't we just pretend to do it and tell her we did and still get the extra hour of daylight?  LOL  Daylight Savings Time reminds me that Spring is almost here and my wheels start turning on how I would like my herb garden to look and the flower beds that are here and there in the yard.  Aaawww!!!  The smell of fresh Rosemary, Basil, Sage, and all the different types of Mint.  I am so excited!!! 

I would love to get 1 of these for my yard as a reminder to everyone that God holds everything in His hands,  I have only found them sold in the UK.  Maybe 1 day I will have one.

Remember, we are like stars...They are amazing and so are we!!!
