I have had flu like symptoms for 10 days now. I went to my family physician yesterday and he ordered a CT Scan with contrast and lots of lab work. I had to drink 2 bottles of barium sulfate in an hour this morning. They really need to make that stuff taste better. lol 1 of the techs was asking me some medical questions before the CT Scan. I told her about my Miraculous May 11, 2012 day. She had the biggest smile! The other tech was having some difficulty putting in the IV because my vein kept rolling. She kept apologizing and I told her there was no need because it didn't hurt and after having a crainiotomy, everything is a piece of cake. They both laughed. The scan didn't take long. The second tech came back in to take the IV out. She told me she heard my story and said I gave her goosebumps. She had the biggest smile too! What a fabulous day!!!
