I have been having more chest pains since I have been released from the hospital a couple days ago. I looked on one of my new medication labels for side effects and one of them said "Can cause severe chest pains and sudden death"! I called the emergency room and told them about the possible side effects and how much my chest hurt but I wasn't coming out because I don't like being treated that the pain in my chest is all in my head. The head nurse talked me into going to the emergency room. The doctor was very nice and they ran more lab work and x-rays. He told me I should probably have a heart cath done but our hospital doesn't do them. When I went to leave he told me he would see me later and I told him I was going to a bigger hospital for the heart cath if the chest pains continued. He told me that would be a good idea. I am not going to take that medication anymore and am filing the proper paperwork with the Federal Drug Administration about the horrible side effects.
